Cancellation Policy

Sound Bath Class Policy To help create a safe and relaxing experience for everyone, please read the following information before attending: Health & Safety All participants must complete the booking form and disclose any relevant medical conditions, including pregnancy, epilepsy, heart conditions, hearing sensitivities, or any other health concerns that may affect their participation. This information is required to help ensure your safety during the session. If you are unsure whether a sound bath is suitable for you, please seek advice from your healthcare professional before booking. Attendance Please arrive a 5-10 before the session start time to allow time to settle in. Late entry may not be possible once the session has begun, to avoid disruption to other participants. Cancellation & Ticket Transfers All bookings are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another person by providing their name before the event. The new attendee must complete any required booking and health declaration forms before attending. For exceptional or unforeseen circumstances, please contact Katie directly to discuss your situation. Personal Responsibility By attending a session, you acknowledge that you are participating voluntarily and are responsible for your own wellbeing during the event.
